Bit of a change of scenery today, quick flick in a pool and this little beauty made that reel scream. Put her back. Love the little black spinners, sometimes I remove the red trebble and just a normal trebble.

A low upper waiau river today at 80cubes flow making the fishing a bit hard today, but the dusky lure range helped today, with lots of strikes, the fish putting up good fights.

I had heard a rumor, that the upper waiau fished good on Thursday. So after a gentlemans start to the day, got the jet boat wet, and the fished turned it on. Dusky spinners worked brilliant.
