We won taking out the grand champion award 🏆 for all the right or wrong answers.

Another great weekend crewing on the VL Commodore for Round 3 of the Manawatu Car Club Winter series.
With a few setup changes and more time in the seat it's good to see Brent is getting more comfortable and coming to grips with the car.

Great weekend crewing for Brent Thurlow in his very tidy 830HP RB powered Holden VL Commodore.

Testing didn't quite go to plan with a minor off into an unfriendly gravel trap resulting in a damaged cam belt. That made the team busy in the afternoon, sorting it to make race day.

It's been a while since Brent last raced at the track (2007) and getting back to a 1:12:7 certainly was the highlight.
Qualifying was tough with a reasonable damp track, dropped oil and a safety car.

The results rounded out for a good weekend overall.
Qualified - 17th
Race 1 - 11th
Race 2 - 7th
Race 3 - 5th

Hard luck to our friend at McGovern Motorsport who got caught up in the oil causing some serious damage after Brendan had such a good start to his weekend.

Fantastic weekend crewing for Jason Thurlow at the Historic GP Holden meeting.

Pretty cool to be lining up on the grid with Todd Kelly's V8 supercar.

We had our challenges on Saturday with a few issues giving a DNF. Sunday brought a change in weather and circumstances - congratulations to Jason on setting a new PB 1:38:252.
