Wanaka training weekend in the mountains and rivers. With Joanna Williams Chris Higgs Dave Dixon missing fellow teammate Ali Dixon. Preparing for Raid in France . Navigation, MTB, Hike, Abseil, Ascend, Packraft. Legs are weary but great race prep before we head overseas next month.
