Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Equine Performance Bodywork, appointments are reserved specifically for you and your horse. As a mobile service, I also allow time for travel to your property, so late cancellations and missed appointments can result in significant lost time and travel costs.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
More than 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked appointment fee may apply.
No-show or cancellation when I have already travelled to the property: The full booked appointment fee may be charged.
If an appointment is cancelled because of circumstances outside your reasonable control, please contact me as soon as possible and I will consider the circumstances fairly.
If I arrive at the agreed location and the horse is unavailable, the property cannot be accessed, or the appointment cannot go ahead for reasons that could reasonably have been avoided, this may be treated as a no-show.
Cancellation fees are intended to cover the time reserved for your appointment and, where applicable, travel costs and the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.
By booking an appointment with Equine Performance Bodywork, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
