FXU VIBE is turning 13 this April, and now in the 4th year of working from my home studio😉 where did that time go?

I’ve been back in the studio since the 12th of January, sharing good vibes, providing great workouts and 1 on 1 functional sessions, fun chats and as always the best hugs🤗

✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅I’m very excited to re introduce our 6 week challenge starting on Monday 16/02/26 👏👏👏 This was a tough personal challenge working on strength and fitness, the outcome for those dedicated was amazing!

💥I have a couple of early morning and later evening spots available if any old vibers are keen to hop in for the challenge, feel free to reach out, we’ll make a workable plan💥

12 years ago today I started my company🙏
FXU has bought me so much joy over the years and continues to do so.
Over this time I have worked alongside some incredible trainers helping to motivate and support people with their fitness and mobility goals.
A big thanks to the FXU family, past and present, for being a part of this amazing journey, especially those who have walked beside me for years, I’m forever grateful🙏💗

Crikey it’s hard to believe it’s been almost 12years since I created FXU VIBE. What a journey! 1 power plate to 6 commercial and 2 small machines in a large studio training up amazing trainers 🙏

2.5years ago I decided to simplify my life by downsizing and operating from home on my own. I’m truly grateful to work alongside beautiful people every day, my FXU family, many have been with me from the start💗

I have the privilege to laugh, dance, and sing daily, to be 100% unapologetically me ⭐️forever grateful🙏
