Due to illness bootcamp will be cancelled this Wednesday (15/11/23).
Some other options may be to grab a mate and head up the trig and for a challenge try running when you get to each of the stairs 😆 or maybe it could be a night to take your dog for a walk on the beach, if you don’t have a dog then I can find one for you 😂 seeyou next week, roaring to go 💪🏽

Kia Ora Team! Thats right, bootcamp is making a comeback just in time for summer (aaand because Niki was too lazy to make my post sooner hehe sorrrrry😅)

🗓️ Dates: Starting from 25th October
come and burn off the labour weekend wines.
Every Monday at 9am and every Wednesday at 5:45pm ( no excuses you working people).
Bootcamp will run through untill Monday 4th December.

Two options:
-Pay upfront for 6 session at $10 per session ($60)
or
- Pay $15 per session on a casual basis.
