🎉 VENDOR REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN! 🎉

Applications are now open for vendors wanting to join us at the 2026 Waihi A&P Show!

We have three vendor options available:
- Market Stall = $20
- Food Stall = $60
- Trade = FREE (8X4 size max)

Please note that no power is available, so vendors must be fully self-sufficient. We are also expecting all vendors to be in and set up by 9am and no pack down until 3pm, this is due to our H&S traffic plan.

We expect a high level of interest and will carefully select a good mix of vendors to create a varied and enjoyable experience for everyone, we had over 4k of people through the gate last year so we are predicting a higher number this year due to the feedback!

Online applications are preferred. If you need a form to print and complete, please contact our Vendor Coordinator, Kelly.

The Airleg Drilling Competition is back! 🪨

After being revived at the Waihi A&P Show last year for the first time in decades, the Airleg Competition is back for another year!

16 competitors will go head-to-head in knockout rounds, battling it out on speed and accuracy.

A great opportunity to showcase the skill, speed and accuracy of airleg drilling — an old-school craft that’s becoming increasingly rare.

And new this year… Jack & Jill!

Four teams, made up of male and female competitors, will battle it out over the lunch break. Should be a bit of fun!

We’re proud to be supporting the competition again this year, alongside others who are helping bring this piece of drilling history back to life.
