I'm cancelling yoga tonight as I've got a sore throat. I'll be back next Monday with Yin. Enjoy the sunshine everyone.

Happy father's day to all the fathers out there in Kapiti today! Father's day special - this week all fathers come for a free! If you're interested but don't know where to start, Yin is a great place to start and go from there.

Tuesday - Yin Yoga 5 30-6.30pm.
Wednesday - Anti-Stress Yoga Flow 6 15-7.15pm

Classes held in Waikanae Community Centre, Utauta Street, Waikanae.

$15 per class with a 10-Class Pass or otherwise $20.
