It is with sad hearts that Steve and I say goodbye. The gym has changed ownership. Here are a few photos for a look back over the years. Thank you to all our members for the years of support and great memories.

BodyFix Gym will be on Swipe Card Access only from 22nd December to 15th January.
Classes will start back up Monday 15th January with PowerBalance at 9.30am then Suspension at 6.30pm.

DEAR WAIKANAE COMMUTERS & GYM USERS. Please do not park your vehicles in the Business's Car Park behind Eastern Egret, Gas & Bloomdesigns before 7.30AM Tuesday 27th. There will be a shipping container getting removed from bloomdesigns premises from the back access way. Sorry for the inconvenience.

To celebrate the Queen and her incredible 70 years of service the gym will be swipe card access only this Monday 26th September. No PowerBalance class.

Very sorry but Abigail has hurt her ankle. It is swollen and she will be unable to teach PoweBalance tonight.
