Welcome back to Term 1 - We’re excited to have both kids and adults back in the gym this week.!

Classes resume this week:
Mondays & Wednesdays
🥊 5:00pm - 6:00pm Kids Class
🥊 6:00pm - 7:00pm Adults Class

Please remember to bring:

• Appropriate clothing
• Covered shoes
• A drink Bottle 💧
• Hand wraps ( if you have them)

Kiki has been a big part of our club recently sharing his knowledge and experience with our local team.
