Ever heard of Monday itis?
Today is one of those days that my body does not want a bar of training..but I know if I don't push through then the whole day will be a write off for me.
What do you do on your blah days?
For me it's leg day, but instead of ditching the workout, I will lower the weights a bit, I will take my time, I will drink the water, I will take the breaks and I will push through.
Just remember, everyone has these days, it's normal ❤

I'm going mobile from the 1st of January 2022!!
I'll be offering group Bootcamp sessions as well as PT sessions! I will bring everything you need and I will be offering services AUCKLAND WIDE!! I can come to you, I can meet you at a beach, a park, wherever you choose.
And best of all I do not discriminate, all body sizes, fitness levels,, race, gender, everyone is welcome!! These won't be your average fitness classes as I like to add my own little twists to things, because why not exercise and have fun while you are doing it..right?
So now it's time to get your bootcamp buddies together and flick me a message.
For those of you in Waiuku or close by, I will also be running some awesome stuff locally too so watch this page for more info.

Want something refreshing on a hot day?
1c almond milk
1 TBS chia seeds
1scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2-1 cup frozen smoothie fruit mix
Blend it together and eat.
So good, no need to miss out on ice cream, this tastes amazing!!

What is your favourite part of your body to work out?
For me its legs, I love the stretch and the burn, call me weird haha 🤣
Rght now I do a lower body workout every second day, and I'm loving it!

As promised...
Full body backpack workout!!
Make sure you do the warm up first guys, it's always a good idea to warm the muscles before any sort of strength training, this helps to reduce the risk of injury.
Warm up-
30sec jog on spot
Leg swings x10 each leg, swing leg forward and then backwards
Jumping jacks x10
Bear hugs x10 each arm
Lunge with twist x10 (5 each side)
Arm circles x10 forwards and back
And we are ready to go!!

Don't forget to cool down, you can either go for a walk or do the following stretches.
Cooldown-Repeat x2
Crunches x12
Plank hold 30secs
Seated wide toe touches x10, alternate sides and hold each stretch for 5secs
Standing quad stretch, hold wall to balance, hold for 20secs and alternate sides.
Standing hamstring stretch, hold 20sec, alternate legs
Arm crossover, alternate arms x2, hold 20secs
Arm behind back chest stretch
Extended childs pose, hold 20secs.
And you are done and dusted!

Hey lovelies,
Stay tuned today, I will be posting a full body workout using just a weighted back pack..the great thing about this sort of workout is that anybody can do it, you can weigh your back pack with anything you have handy..it not if you prefer to just use body weight.
I hope your day is amazing, the trick to getting through this lockdown is thinking of one thing that makes you smile today..not yesterday, not tomorrow, just today..find that thing and keep it in your mind.

Hi everyone and welcome to Re-Vive Fitness.
My name is Toni and I am a qualified personal trainer, I have my level 5 diploma in Sports, exercise and recreation and am currently completing my level 6 advanced diploma.
With the recent government announcements and restrictions due to Covid 19, it will mean that the unvaccinated will be shut out of most gyms and fitness centers, because of this I have decided to step up and offer excercise services with a difference. I am going mobile and I do not and will not discriminate, your medical status is not my business but I will make your mental health and your fitness my priority.
I am happy to come to where you are, whether that be in your home or at a local park, the choice is yours. I will bring everything you need for a satisfying PT session.
I am also going to be available online and over Sumner will be running some awesome beach bootcamps.
