✨ CLIENT TRANSFORMATION – HOLLIE ✨

What an incredible journey it’s been watching Hollie grow stronger, fitter, and more confident.

Since starting her fitness journey, Hollie has gained an impressive 3.05kg of muscle, completely transforming not only her physique but also her mindset.

Hollie has gotten so much stronger since starting her journey. What began with low confidence in the gym has turned into serious strength gains through consistency, discipline, and hard work.

She now moves with more power, control, and confidence in her training, and it shows in everything she does. A true example of what staying consistent can build.

Running was another challenge. When we started, running wasn’t something she did at all. Fast forward to today, and she successfully completed Round the Bays Auckland, proving just how far she’s come both physically and mentally.

Beyond the numbers and milestones, the biggest transformation has been her confidence. Hollie has gained confidence in the gym, backed herself more, and truly flourished into a stronger version of herself.

So proud of everything you’ve achieved, Hollie. This is only the beginning. 💪❤️

week 1 of rebuilding my fitness for hyrox ✅

getting back into running, rebuilding my engine, and finding the balance between strength and endurance again.
definitely a change from lifting 5-6 days a week, but excited to be back in a structured training block.
