Have you checked your seatpost lately? As important as it is to use grease or carbon paste at the time of installation, it’s also important to check the post is free to move from time to time. This is a great example of a stuck post that was able to eventually be removed with minimal damage (and a lot of penetrating oil and elbow grease).
