Unfortunately not the season ending we were hoping for 😞

Thanks to everyone who supported us, went out of their way to come cheer us on on race day and to those who gave us advice/support along the way.

Unfortunately, due to the weather overnight, and the weather that is due to continue to come in today, we are cancelling tonight's Grand Finale Event.

We really did try to hold onto hope that this forecast would improve to try and get our season finished on a high, but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be today.

This meeting is cancelled, not postponed, therefore our 2025-26 has come to an end. It's been an incredible season for our club, and we thank you all for being a part of it. Full wrap up to come.

Bring on the 2026-27 season, kicking off on Labour Weekend Sunday, 25th October 2026!

Unfortunately we had a calendar clash for tomorrows meeting (we’re going to watch Sublime) and won’t be racing, but its going to be an awesome meeting so if you can, get on down there and support the club at the second to last meeting of the season!

😭☁️28th MARCH - POSTPONED☁️😭

Unfortunately, our facility and track has taken on too much consistent water this morning, therefore we are postponing tonights meeting.

And yes - we are aware the rest of the day it is meant to fine up, however, the facility is past the point of return for competitors and fans to have an enjoyable and safe night.

These decisions are always the hardest to make, so we appreciate all of the patience and understanding.

We are sorry we cannot get it done, we sure did try get this meeting underway!

There will be class changes to come for our final two meetings of the season, these will be announced over the coming days.

Despite the weather being a little unsure of what it’s going to do - at this stage racing is still on for tonight. Should be a good nights racing, after this there’s only one more meeting for Pikachu.

We’re excited to welcome 16 Midgets from around the Island for the Wellington Midget Championship tomorrow night! Included in the field is the current 2NZ, Brad Mosen! 🏆

This class doesn't often come to Wellington, so if you like speed and wheel to wheel action, this is for you! They'll finish our night with a massive 20 lap feature! 🔥

Eliminator

Well it was nice to keep the car off the wall last Saturday at Wellington Family Speedway and manage to finish the evening with minimal damage for a change! We decided to trailer up after race 2 as we were having some steering issues and the car wasn't running on all 6 cylinders, but luckily we have a few weeks now to try and get the engine issues sorted and get back out there.
Was awesome to have a heap of vistors to the pits this week, we even ran out of stickers for the first time, so need to get onto ordering some more :)
