PRE/POST NATAL CLASS 🤰🏼
By popular demand, our Pre/Post Natal classes are back!
Starting next Tuesday, join us at 10:30am for a 4-week series designed to keep you moving safely and confidently through pregnancy, or help ease you back into exercise after birth.
The classes will be led by Kenzy—our physiotherapist and Pilates instructor—who’ll guide you through safe, evidence-based movement in a relaxed and supportive environment🤍
Whether you’re expecting or recently postpartum (and have been cleared to exercise), we’d love to have you.
