Was great to have Henry Gray of the Wellington Phoenix and Gabe Cooper from Waterside Karori for a session today.
Henry started the season on loan at Waterside Karori and since his return to the Nix has continued performing all season in preparation for the South Central National League campaign.

Was great to get Gabe Cooper back in action this afternoon.
Coming back from any injury is difficult but he took it on with great enthusiasm and I'm sure will be back to his best before too long.
