New Whanau Cup offered in Zephyr Nationals coming up in Feb 2023 - open to members of the same family - many of the eligible sailors are WBBC members.

The signs are up at Worser Bay, advertising Zephyr National Champs are 2 weeks away!
Your regatta committee met again today, putting the final details together for hosting this epic competition at Waitangi weekend. See you there 🙂

Big congratulations to Sydney to Hobart race overall winner, Celestial! WBBC sailor Josh Junior is in the winning crew, adding to his impressive trophy record 🏆

Congratulations to Willow, which took 5th place on the line in the 2022 Sydney to Hobart race, with hugely successful & experienced ocean sailor and WBBC member, Daryl Wislang in the crew! 70ft Willow was the first yacht to finish after the 4 maxi yachts. Congratulations 🙂

Youth sailiors from WBBC are stepping out of their dinghies and wetsuits this week.
They recently departed for Auckland and onto for a week of sailing E7's. Great fun and we are sure many club members have fond memories of their experience at the same event many years ago.

Our thoughts are with the family of the lost diver. Please note the rāhui placed in the area, we will set our courses accordingly.
