How often do you find yourself saying yes to everyone else and no to yourself?
Because life is busy.
Because you're looking after everyone else.
Because it feels easier to wait for the 'right time'.
YES-Lab was created for women who are ready to stop waiting and start taking small, meaningful steps toward what matters most to them.
Over five monthly online sessions, you'll explore what you truly desire, identify practical next steps, and build momentum through reflection, encouragement and community.
The next YES-Lab cohort begins in July, and I'd love to have you join us.

A rhythm of reflection helps us to honour the past and supports us to move forward with intention.
On the last day of each month, I send out a newsletter where I share my learnings, recommendations, and questions to spark your own personal reflections.
If you’re looking for a simple way to pause and reflect, these questions are a great place to start.
Comment LETTER or follow the link in my bio to receive reflection questions straight to your inbox on the last day of each month.

When we don’t see the progress we hoped for, it’s easy to conclude that we’ve failed.
We tell ourselves we should be doing more.
Making faster progress.
Being more disciplined.
But what if the problem isn’t your effort…
What if your expectations no longer fit the season you’re in?
Right-sizing your expectations isn’t about lowering the bar or giving up on your goals. It’s about creating expectations that acknowledge the life you are actually living right now — your responsibilities, your capacity, and your energy levels in this season.
These questions can help you right-size your expectations:
✨ What responsibilities am I currently carrying?
✨ How would I rate my energy levels right now?
Sometimes, sustainable progress begins by adjusting the pressure rather than pushing harder.
If you’re longing to move forward with more clarity, self-compassion, and momentum, I'd love to support you.

Slow down, take your time is not a message we often hear.
In our world, fast progress is often viewed as the ultimate sign of success.
Rapid growth photographs well and lends itself to compelling stories.
Who doesn't love a speedy before-and-after?
But when we stop and reflect, most of us would agree that the good work and formative experiences in our lives seldom unfold quickly.
If you often feel like you should be moving faster, or that you are behind in your own life, these questions can help you reflect on and realign your relationship with speed.
✨How would you describe your relationship with speed?
✨Where in your life are you currently treating your journey like a sprint?
✨Where in your life has slowing down led to a better outcome?

As beginners, many of us are eager to shake off our novice status as quickly as possible—to become more proficient, to have some experience under our belt, and to feel less out of our depth. This is understandable, but in our haste, we can sometimes overlook the gifts of being a beginner.
When we are starting from scratch, we typically have little or no idea what we are doing. This can feel like a flaw or a problem to be solved, but it’s actually the magic of being a beginner. You don’t have to have it all figured out.
Beginners are in a unique position to welcome the unknown and the unpredictability of whatever they are exploring. They often have the privilege of taking their time, and when they adopt an experimental mindset, they can enjoy the opportunity to observe, reflect, learn from mistakes and make adjustments.
I love supporting beginners to take their first small steps toward what matters most to them.
If you’re navigating a new season, starting something from scratch, or learning to embrace being a beginner, I’d love to support and encourage you along the way.

You may not need a whole new plan.
You may just need a smaller step.
When everything feels heavy, try slowing things down.
Lower the stakes.
Focus on what is doable today, not the entire journey ahead.
Small beginnings count.
Tiny tweaks make all the difference.
And progress is still progress, even when it moves slowly.

When we’re working towards long-term goals, progress can feel slow. It’s easy to lose momentum and sight of what we truly want.
But change doesn’t come from occasional maybes.
It comes from small, intentional yeses, chosen daily.
So, what is one thing you’re saying yes to today?
If you’d like support gaining clarity on what matters most to you - and taking small, meaningful steps towards it - I’d love to walk alongside you.
