Marching is a fun, energetic team sport that combines precision, teamwork, fitness, and performance. It’s a fantastic way to stay active, make new friends, build confidence, and be part of an incredible community.

We’re looking for:

💛 Coaches, judges, and volunteers
💛 People keen to help behind the scenes and support the growth of marching across our regions

RIP Sir Sam Neill. 🎬🦖 From sleeping dogs and dodging raptors to pouring incredible New Zealand Pinot Noir, Sam Neill was a fine fine New Zealander and a great actor. He was an absolute example of dignity and grace. He used his voice to stand up for us and our environment. He understood that loving your country means wanting to leave it better than you found it.

In a surprising turn of events, an offshore trip has been announced — and because we have been asked more than once, to clear the air we can confirm it has nothing to do with SWIS!

So, what is SWIS up to then?

While we won’t be leading this particular parade, our spirits are high as we gear up for an exciting new season. We’re looking forward to welcoming junior girls stepping up into the senior grade, as well as those who are brand new to the sport — and of course, those making a return.

It’s shaping up to be a fantastic season, and we can’t wait to get started together!
