FOR SALE time for the green car to go. One last hit out a Masterton Motorplex International Dragstrip this weekend its Alana's last chance to repeat the 8 second pass she got on the training day earlier this season and with what we learned at the last meeting there's a chance. How close can she get to the 80mph is the other goal. Drag Racing is all about the personal challenges while competing with others. She'll be dumping the clutch on the Kia as well cause 2 cars are better than 1.

0.9g off the line. Thats nearly 1x gravity out of a junior dragster, normally 0.5-6. Good way to finish the days racing. Videos to come.

Alana will be back with both cars this weekend.
The Junior is for sale so come and have a look over the weekend. Will be sad to see it go but time for something with doors. It will be cool to see someone else grow with the car.

Wildbunch vs the World at Masterton Motorplex International Dragstrip boys vs girls reaction time shootout in qualifying Alana won her first one with a 0.024 (qualifying 4th) and lost one with a 0.174 Alana got through round one of eliminations and then misjudged getting on the 2 step in round 2 of eliminations.

Ready to go racing, just in the Junior this weekend. Making the most of the next few meetings as the junior will be for sale after the march meeting along with the trailer and minibike. On to something bigger next season all going to plan.

Alana is back at it this weekend in both cars, with some PB's in her sights.

Alana has been out getting some road miles under her belt. Getting practice working the clutch and shifting gears.

Round one of competition and Alana is in the car by herself. Missed a couple of gear changes, George Graham in the BMW took the win. Considering Alana only got the car on Christmas day and has done maybe an hour of driving on the road, she's done awesome.

Out of the Kia and straight into the junior, obviously a very different clutch feel and full of adrenaline. On to the second round of qualifying.

First "very nervous" 1/4 pass done. Plenty of room for improvement and should go under 20 on the next one.
