A great couple of masters squads today. In amongst the hard work on court we also had from present to us on injury prevention and developing robustness as masters athletes. What a privilege to learn from someone at the top of their game.

This awesome series sponsored by Wellington City Council will be presented by psychologist Taylor Noble. Taylor has a real passion for the sports sector, she currently works with the Wellington Phoenix, Wellington Blaze and Hurricanes Poua. In these roles she supports athletes to build mental strength, resilience, and a strong sense of identity—helping them thrive on and off the field.

This seminar series consists of 3 workshops focusing on 3 different topics:

Mazen is considered the most talented shot maker on tour and Evan needs no introduction as the most talented player to come out of the Tawa Squash Club.

$50 a ticket and if you enter our raffle you can even win one of 3 chances to get on court and play Mazen for one game.

2 Junior holiday camps - Perfect for beginners and those new to the game - 10am-2pm the last two Tuesdays of the summer holidays - a mix of fun, games and matchplay, this will be a great way to come and give squash a go hosted at Tawa Squash Club

2 Junior squads - for regular and competitive players who want to accelerate their game and hit the ground running in 2025 - 10am-2pm the last two Wednesdays of the summer holidays. hosted at Tawa Squash Club

School holidays are back and so is the popular Tawa Racketlon holiday programme.

What a day! Wellington senior, junior and masters squads back to back from 9am to 3:30pm.
All working hard in black and yellow. Loved putting the masters squad through their paces at the second camp of the year. Very grateful to have onside to support the squad straight after leading the seniors and juniors.
