Since 2019, Strength Factory has been building community of like-minded strength enthusiasts who are passionate, determined, and supportive. Regardless if you are a powerlifter, weightlifter, strongperson or conditioning for sport, at the Strength Factory you are not only joining a gym, you are joining a family. We are affiliated with Weightlifitng New Zealand. Be humble as a lifter, work hard in silence, and let success make the noise.

As the Asian African Pacific Championships starts today in Japan we want to send our best to our amazing lifters who are out in Japan wearing the fern. We are so proud of all of you, and we will keep everybody updated on who is lifting when and where! (Hopefully! 😅) white lights all round you awesome team! And a big thank you to our super gracious coach who volunteers her time and world-class skills and knowledge to support the sport and the lifters 🙏
