Struggling to get into the gym? Keen to do some fitness with reduced risk?

I'll be running the usual Sprint Saturday combined with a general workout/fitness session tomorrow morning, programme outline below:

0900-0910 - Warm up
0910-0940 - Strength and HIIT workout
0940-1000 - Technical sprint work
1000-1015 - Sprint conditioning

The session will be run from 0900-1015 @ Newtown Park At the Sprint Saturday usual pricing of $20... So much value!

Some would think the people in the photos below haven't been working hard but they are just super happy after smashing the anterior chain session!

Time for more progression though! Look out for power, speed and agility work in this next phase!
