B***yshape is back !!! Small group classes start next week :) first intake full but may have more time options avalible soon . Running small groups gives me the flexibility to use the gym equipment and that's important when growing those glutes :) exciting to see what we can do this time ladies . Stay posted !

Hi there ladies , wow Christmas is nearly upon us ! It's a busy time of year with lots of eating !!!! Remember even if you don't have as much time to train try and keep your sugar intake low stick to higher protein options at functions , power walks are great and always pull through your heels and squeeze those glutes for the whole time your walking ! I promise you the glute burn is mean . Lastly keep posted for B***yshapes start date feb 2015 :) have a b***yful day lol

Goodmorning ! So I too have been following the same b***y training programme as I instruct my girls at b***yshape to follow and I'm happy with the growth ! Even though I have been laying down body fat due to lax eating after comp , the training has kept everything firm and shapely so I don't feel uncomfortable with the extra . :) have a great weekend everyone !
