Winter Baseball - Unable to get going this year :(

Thanks for your patience everyone with Winter Baseball this year, but for a few reasons we won't be able to get a winter season going. Totara Park have been really kind to us but we are not in a position to commit to a ground for the season, and we are also conscious of the work that needs to be done before any potential changes to the structure of baseball in New Zealand that is being worked through by Baseball NZ. Funding has also been a big challenge in some tough times in Wellington.

WBA will put its energy first towards the AGM and then towards the upcoming season. Tēnā koutou katoa, ka kite anō :)

Still working on this one, will keep you updated when I can!

WBA is going to refresh its logo and branding this year - if anyone is keen to be involved from the existing baseball community please apply below :)

Thanks everyone for the interest shown in Winter Baseball.

We have enough interest to try and get something going, so I will start the process and see what our options are.

WBA will need assistance with Winter baseball in various ways - our time is still needed to run the association and we can't be at the park as often as we would like - so if you or someone you know might be keen to help on the organisation and admin side then please reach out at [email protected].

💥New Zealand u15 Squad Trials Continue💥⚾

Our U15 national squad trials are scheduled for this weekend to head to Wellington and Auckland to complete the trial events!
