Jacob has made a lot of sacrifices to get to this point. He has made huge improvements to his diet, training and mindset over the last 4 months and has lost 17 kg in total. All of this on top of his 3 jobs and Uni. We are looking forward to see you do your thing this weekend brother!🙌

Yesterday My Tongan bro put himself through a lot of pain to fundraise for supplies for the people of Tonga🇹🇴 that are still suffering the aftermath of the massive eruption. He hadn’t run more than 6kms prior to this but he challenged himself to run 65km which is the distance from the volcano to Tonga.

I saw first hand the pain he was in after the first 42kms. He had to dig really deep to get it done, and that’s what he did. Most people would not have the balls to attempt such a feat with no specific training. The bro showed how far you can push your mind for your people. So much respect for the toko and his incredible achievement.

I get asked this question a lot. Should I hook with my plam facing in or plam facing down?

This video has the best explanation I have heard. I personally like palm facing in too, I call it a shovel hook. Sometimes I would do this hook and I would get told but many boxers/ boxing coaches that it is technically incorrect. 🤷🏽

We got a knock at the door today and it was one of our UNDX members Alana and her cute son Ashley.

It was a special delivery from our UNDX crew for the birth of our little Mila! 👶🏻

Nicola and I are blown away to have such an amazing and thoughtful crew that go out of their way to do special things for one another! 🥺

Hats off to our boy from .muay.thai for winning a hard fought battle at Rumble!

Sheng first started learning Muay Thai doing PTs with me a couple years back. He was a pretty big guy from years of lifting weights (and had really tight hips😅)Once he tried Muay Thai though he was hooked.

To see the transformation he has gone through to get to where he is now just makes ya proud✊🏽

Big ups to for his hard work he has put in to Sheng and .muay.thai for your awesome mahi preparing the bro for war🔥
