Another very successful day for our annual rabbie burns gala weather was good food was great piper was superb big thanks to our friends from wainuomata not only good company they also dress for the occasion to present the haggis and whiskey big surprise of the day 3 of our young players put in a team and won a game

The weather if finally improving and this weekend is looking good time to start our championships so if you wish to participate now is the time to let us know so you can be placed in teams.
We will be starting Tuesday night bowls again on 12th Nov and possibly Thursday or Friday we would appreciate your feed back which night would suit. And of course casual players are always welcome.
Summer is just about here we are having an open day on Sunday the 6th of October at 2 o'clock we are having nibbles and drinks weather permitting we can play some bowls we will be able to tell you plans for the new season cheers ellen

I have some news good and bad news I'll give you the good we have our lease it's been a long fight thanks for your support it's been a trying 2 years
After a battle we have also obtained our liquor licence with conditions we are not allowed to drink alcohol outside the club rooms so now we try for an outside licence so please support us on this i don't think it will be easy it's your club if you see someone drinking please point out our signs
Come on up to the club this Sunday for a casual singles tournament
the format will be very casual with one on one games throughout the afternoon with help on hand to provide help and guidance
What a nice way to spend the afternoon with your friends and family
All players will get plenty of time on the green and the chance to improve your bowls
