Remember that classes are combined and start at 11.30am today. See you all at 11.30am. It will be AMAZING!

These three incredible little humans competed today and I couldn’t be prouder! They were brave, kind and had great Jiu Jitsu!

Did you accidentally go home with the wrong drink bottle today? Xavier had this one next to the mat but it was gone by drink break. Bring it along on Sunday if you have it ❤️ very easy mistake to make!

First class of term tomorrow, super exciting! Unfortunately I have a terrible virus, but incredible black belt and co-owner of Workshop Jiu Jitsu Amy will be taking classes. Amy is also my friend and I love her, we are very lucky and you won’t want to miss this class! So you know what she looks like, here is a picture of me and Amy Barratt-Boyes when we were about 5 years old, approximately.

Remember classes are on today, even though it’s kings birthday weekend. I can’t believe he has the same birthday as his mum! 😂
