A time to remember those that have passed in the last year, to connect with loved ones now and be present with them, and to make a plan for the year ahead to learn, grow, and support one another on the journey. If you're an early riser I teach every Tuesday morning at Awhi Yoga studio in Wellington from 6:30am - 7:30am. It's always good to see new and familiar faces so drop in when you can. Nau mai haere mai. : )

We're still on tomorrow whānau. Level 2 safety procedures are being followed so come down and start the week right with some yoga flow. See you then! : )
