The goal is to get you in the habit of moving each day for 5 days, build a bit of strength and understand why it's so important to train like this as we get older. I need your help.

The 28-Day Dumbbell Challenge kicks off on Monday — and I’m so excited! We’ve already got 421 people signed up from all over the place, which absolutely blows me away 🙌

I’m opening up the VIP group tomorrow — it’s a small paid add-on ($7 USD) for anyone who wants that extra bit of accountability, support, and connection through the 4 weeks.
It’s currently an extremely intimate group of 4 people, which means I can check in more often and really help you stay consistent.
