We cater to people of all ages, fitness and strength levels. Our well-equipped studio comprises six Reformers and plenty of open space for group classes. In addition, we also have a Cadillac, Stability Chair and Ladder Barrel for rehabilitation and specialist exercise. We use our experience and skill so you can achieve your goals.
