4th Menopause Reset Workshop done β
Over 500 women we've now connected with across these events and we're only just getting started.
Each one we refine the process, improve the presentation and upgrade our communication of such an important topic.
A nice reminder, the things that last are the ones you truly enjoy doing. So many of these women are the hardest working individuals I've met, they just haven't been given a plan for this next phase of life.

Mandy and I have just finished another sold our Workshop down in Dunedin (after Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch also completely filled a conference room). AUS tour starts soon!
We were having breakfast together before flying back and we talked about how many "rules" people follow but they have no idea why or where it came from.
Things like:
"People say you should fast before 12pm"
"People say you shouldn't run if you want to burn fat."
"People say eggs are bad."
Who are these people??
No one is short of information anymore, yet STARVING for context.
If you don't know WHY you're doing something or WHAT that supplement is for, you're not asking enough questions to see if it's right for you!
There are so many rules and opinions out there that might not be wrong, but are the wrong thing for you right now at this age and stage.
The ones who get and stay in great shape, with great energy and a smile on their face are the ones who have refined the information down to what is RELEVANT to them right now.

What the scales tell you day to day:

β‘οΈ Recovered: well slept/fueled, ready to go.
I have tracked my weight weekly alongside HRV and resting heart rate for years and it's always told a similar story: am I looking after my body or do I need rest today?
Fat gain happens from ignoring these signals for weeks and months, not just two days of high stress.
Weight is not a sign of self worth or failure, but it's not a metric to ignore either.
Play the long game, listen to what your body is telling you, and make the best NEXT move with intention.
