Don't just be different. Be better.

In a HYROX race, you can't make your day in the early stages. But you can break it. Get the sled push wrong and you'll pay for it later in the race.

The fastest sled push isn't always the best one. The cost shows up two stations later.

To work out where that line sits, our running coach Dan ran blood lactate testing on two of our team heading to HYROX Worlds in Sweden.

The results were interesting to say the least.
