Wellington (NZ) Masters Basketball. Sport for all men and women aged over 40. $15 Welcome to Wellington Masters Basketball.
We meet on a Tuesday night at the Ākau Tangi Sports Centre (previously ASB Sports Centre) on Kemp Street Kilbirnie, between 5.30-7pm. It costs $15 which covers the ability to demonstrate your amazing basketball prowess then food and a drink afterwards. To join in you need to be over 40yrs old. Ākau Tangi Sports Centre will be running a 4 week programme of walking basketball. Thursdays 10-11am starting on Feb 26th.
Open to men and women of all ages.
Round the Bays is fast approaching. I'm into week 2 of training for the 8k run! Any of you masters doing it this year . . .
If you're off to Dunedin, I hope you are well into your fitness training! 3 games a day . . . . . you kinda feel it at our age!
