Ever wondered what a week of BFT classes looks like 👀 we are in week 2 of an 8 week block. Each week builds on the previous week 🔥

Here's what we have instore for our members this week✔️

✨️MONDAY – XTX

A cardio-focused conditioning session designed to challenge pacing, recovery and repeatable effort. Longer working intervals reward consistency over intensity, with the goal of sustaining strong output while managing fatigue.

✨️TUESDAY – PUMP LB

This week with increase the work periods and a greater emphasis on posterior chain development. The focus remains on building strength foundations through quality movement, technical competency and volume tolerance.

✨️WEDNESDAY – CARDIO U

This week we challenge you to take greater ownership of your pacing by reducing recovery between zones. The focus is on controlling effort, maintaining target heart rate zones and improving recoverability under fatigue.

✨️THURSDAY – STRENGTH UB

We build focus on technical refinement and controlled force production.
Quality movement and smart load selection remain the priorities as you establish a strong foundation before intensity increases later in the block.

✨️FRIDAY – HIIT

HIIT takes another step forward this week with longer work periods and shorter recovery times.

The goal remains simple: produce maximum intent, maintain movement quality and build the ability to repeatedly perform at high intensity under pressure.

✨️SATURDAY – STRENGTH ENDURANCE 🏃‍♂️🏋️

This session combines conditioning and resistance training to develop the ability to produce force while fatigued. You will transition between elevated heart rates and loaded movements, building resilience, muscular endurance and aerobic recovery.

We have our 5 visits for $25 available if you want to come and experience a week with us 🙌

5RM testing day and the PBs were flying in left, right and centre! 💥🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

A huge shoutout to everyone who stepped up, pushed their limits, and gave it everything they had today. The atmosphere was unreal 🔥 The encouragement, support, and energy in the room was next level, with everyone cheering each other on and celebrating every win.

That is what it’s all about 💙 Challenging yourself, backing each other, and achieving things you didn’t think were possible. So proud of what everyone accomplished today! 👏✨
