I teach private One on One Reformer Pilates lessons from my home studio in Whanganui East. Originally intended as a rehabilitation machine, the Reformer has become a staple of the Pilates regime. Ok so slight change to previous post.
Over the next couple of weeks I am in and out of town so will only be doing my Pilates class on Friday 20th at 6:00pm.
As of the start of April, the regular timetable will be Pilates on Fridays at 6:00pm and Yoga Slow on Sundays at 9:30am

As the days start getting shorter and we shift towards Winter I am making a change to the timetable and dropping the Wednesday class. So join me for Pilates on Friday at 6:00pm and Yoga Slow on Sunday at 9:30am
