☆☆☆Weather permitting because I'm not about wrecking my equipment 👍☆☆☆

Alright people, I'm offering some fabulous fitness training through this holiday period.

Why? : Why not?

Who? : It's me, Jay(mee) Rickard, a friendly and local group fitness instructor...hi ✋️

What? : An hour of rocking your body and mind.Benefits include aerobic/anaerobic, muscle toning and muscle endurance = GAINS!
Plus feelings of accomplishment, knowing you had a good workout, not to mention the dopamine release...what's not to like?

Where/when? : Outside Memorial Hall, by the steps, every Wednesday at 6PM 💪💪

How(come)? : I just love instructing, I want to also reap the benefits of the activities, I love music, if someone else is exercising as well, it makes exercising that much more fun.
Plus, I made it FREE so that's no longer a valid excuse 🤣🤣

If you see this please share, even if it doesn't suit your calender, it may suit someone else's.
Also weather dependent as we are in public outdoor facilities/area and I have equipment I don't want ruined 👍

Hiya crew, due to instructions from our prime minster we are at alert level 3 and level 4 in the next 48hrs, so our last scheduled class is cancelled.
Thank you for your attendance in the past year, it's been a blast.
