15 years ago, i became a certified PT. Since then, I've had a passion for learning, especially when it comes to understanding human health and psychology.

I came across Paul Chek about 7 years ago, a true master in the health and wellness field for over 30 years. This gave me a deeper understanding of the depths and complexities involved with creating "REAL HEALTH"

I would have finished this certification years ago, but i have been on many side quests in my learning.. all of which have helped me become more effective as a teacher and guide for different walks of life.

Kia ora whanau! If you haven't heard already.. yes Assassins Muay Thai is closing up! I will put my original post in the comments, but this post is to share afew updates 🙏🙏🙏

1.) This will be our last week of training!
Adults & Youth classes fin Wednesday
Kids classes fin Thursday
2.) Our last open sparring will be this Wednesday 630pm

3.) Is this really the end?? In my experience it's best never to say never, when we push things away we tend to keep them in our field. It might be a year or 2 or 3 until I consider working with youth again.. or running another fight night.. but I will stay open to possibility, we never know what the future holds so watch this space whanau!
