at City college gym.

New members welcome.

Another successful Mitre 10 fundraiser for our club today! 🚀

A massive well done to our awesome kids who got stuck in and did the mahi, cooking on the BBQ, serving and chatting to our customers about what we get up to as a club!

A huge thanks to everyone who came down, bought a sausage, and said hi, we invite all who expressed an interest in Judo to pop down to the dojo and join a training.

Now, back to the mats and back to training as we lock in for the Wellington Open! 🥋🔥

Our next event on our Judo calendar is the Wellington area open.

Please note this date has now been changed to the 27-28 June, so it is no longer on kings birthday weekend.

The event is being held at Kapiti college Paraparaumu, with Cadets Junior men/women Senior men/women fight on Saturday, and Junior and senior boys and girls and kata will be on Sunday.

Please reach out to Garry or Dana if your child is planning to enter this event.

Our competition class to prepare will be on Sunday mornings 10am.

That’s a wrap for Jaimie and Dana who have spent the last 2 weeks travelling with the development squad on the Judo NZ Melbourne International and Oceania development tour.

A big congratulations to Jaimie who took a total of 3 individual medals silver and bronze at MIO a bronze at the OJU Junior individuals and a silver in the exciting NZ Junior OJU teams event.
