Looking for extra accountability for this year other than myself of course 😉
I highly recommend the Map my Run app, they have a few challenges for 2026 to aid in accountability and if you have a few friends added into the challenges aswell that’s when the competitive motivation may kick in😉👌
( I have a client who does the run challenge and it deflates yet motivates me when they pass my km total 😂 ) anyhoo -
You get all year to add to the grand total of completion so there is no quick hussle.
I have done the run/ walk challenge for the last few years but this year I have engaged with the cycle challenge with my son Kylo which will be so much fun!

Class Schedule 2026
Tuesday:
9AM WEIGHTS: this class is great for beginners to developed lifters, with a class focus of compound lifts, this is a small motivated encouraging class of woman, great for
post-natal mothers or woman new to exercise.
6PM PILATES : increase muscle tone and strength particularly in your core lower back hips and buttocks.
Wednesday:
6AM WEIGHTS: unleash your energy and power using speed and force of our body to build power, speed and explosiveness while building muscle and strength with weights.
Thursday:
9AM WEIGHTS: this class is great for beginners to developed lifters, with a class focus of compound lifts, this is a small motivated encouraging class of woman great for postnatal mothers or woman new to exercise.
Friday:
6AM STAIRS AND CORE: end the week with core activation followed by powering up the incline and declines of the Durie Hill stairs.
9AM FUN FRIDAY: when the sun shines we head out into the environment for a bootcamp style workout at the durie hill stairs or rivers edge, if the weather is compromised its circuit training in the studio with the use of props like slam balls and ropes, all fitness levels welcome.

2025 - how good🫶
As I finish up for the year and end my first year in business I would like to thank all my personal training clients and class clients for their on- going hard work, support and showing up for themselves!
Sweat, tears, moans, laughs, encouragement and sometime nausea 🤷♀️😉 is a just a few emotions/ symptoms to sum this year up!
I appreciate you all, value your business but more than that the friendships that bound into it🫶
Thankyou for supporting me and my family!
Speaking of - to my kids and husband whom cheer me on everyday, I could not have done this year without you, Thank- you Team Pedley!!❤️

Hi all🤗
I have a few pop up PT spots available over the next few weeks due to clients being away out of town living their best life or/ and enjoying the school holidays with their babies❤️
The spots can be filled with buddy sessions/ stair interval training/ strength training or pilates / or just a general session working on form, energy and confidence. They are all 3/4 hr sessions.

Another smashing week!
This has been my first week with all clients back on deck after the holidays and it’s pumped me through🙏
PT team - well done for pushing through the heat, the challenges and owning your session, you’re amazing!
Class team - my 9am crew lifting heavier and harder and owning their compound lifts this week and the wee new stair sesh we had this morning- smashed it💪
I had a larger than normal 6am stair session this week tackling 11 stair climbs in 40 minutes - you gals are all power houses and took the task on with ease and commitment 👏
Thankyou all for the laughs, support and friendship, have a fantastic weekend!
6am bootcamp is at memorial hall on Monday with the brief of “As many rounds as possible”!

The first week of *Move with Nicole has officially finished up tonight with a great Pilates burn 🍑🔥
It has been an awesome week of running, jumping, climbing, lifting weights and stretching all whilst we encourage each other, laugh, sweat and connect!
What a TEAM!💪
Personal training spots are full ( thankyou 🙏 ) but classes will be running continuously with a weekly change up - to avoid boredom and adaption😀
What a week! I cannot wait to crack into it again tomorrow✌️
