Here's the best 'thank you' I have had for a while - I have written a personalised 10km Swim Program recently for a top chick, and this is what she wrote me today, "Good Morning, just done the 1st session of week 5 which had a 400m time trial - I took 28sec off the same distance 4 weeks ago - Happy days! John told me yesterday when I was getting out of the lake (without my wetsuit) "your shoulders look great, you look like you could rip the head off a chicken" - guess a lot of women would take offense, I however think that's the best compliment ever!"

Kids, we need you!
On December 14 and 15, we will have over 6000 athletes from 119 countries racing in Taupō for the VinFast IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships, and we need your help!
Can you help us by writing a letter titled ‘With Love from Taupō’ giving them some helpful advice for their race and wishing them lots of luck?
