When people say to me I can’t do it because I’m old I say this: It’s not that you can’t do it. It’s because for decades you haven’t done it.

7 pm

One hour of meditative yoga to suit every body!!! Lycra and experience are not a requirement. Come one and all!

Bring a mat, and any props you have. Some Blocks provided.

Warm layers and a small blanket at this time of the year are also helpful!
