WOW - what a response!!! I knew Keyfitness
was a special gym, but the positive heartfelt supportive comments have blown me away!
It’s left me quite humbled and proud that this gym has had such a positive influence in
so many members lives.
I know people have been asking what I’m
going to be doing with my time - well the
Masters League season kicks off in 2 weeks
and I will be playing alongside my son for the Mighty Northcote Tigers
When the weather is good I will be fishing off my Kayak as well as taking the Dodges for a blast and I’ve promised my wife a decent
Holiday.
Finally I will be joining a gym on the Coast- haven’t made up my mind yet but one thing
Is for sure no matter what gym I’m in I will be
wearing my Keyfitness singlet with pride.
Thankyou all once again and I might bump into
You in a gym soon.

After 18 years in operation - Keyfitness the Coasts Original 24/7 Gym is closing it's doors for the last time. Since opening in 2006
practically everyone on the Coast has been a member of Keyfitness at one time or another. I have had students from the local college
join ,leave, get a job and sign back-up.
What has made this gym so special is it's members past and present where members would open the doors in the morning and
close them at night - everybody pitched in to look after it and
nothing ever went missing!
There are so many people I would like to thank - past and present
Jono and Joe RIP, Braeden, Uncle Dale, Aaron, Jerry,Tabitha and
Jason to name a few. And who could forget those fun filled classes!

Finally it has been an honor and a privilege to own Keyfitness for the last 10 years and continue the spirit of what Jono started, a gym
with a relaxed family friendly atmosphere with that old school feel.
