Heading into Day 2 of National Champion of Champions Women's Triples in Pukekohe today and unfortunately our ladies are unable to qualify. They gave it everything they had yesterday, but it just wasn't to be, a great effort all the same. This team will go out this morning and play with pride and try to play spoiler in the Round 4.
They won't need to play the final round match against Tauranga South, given both teams unable to qualify.

Update from the National Champion of Champions Women's Triples in Pukekohe. After 18 extremely hard fought ends, our ladies have been narrowly beaten 15 shots to 13 by a strong Stoke team, a wonderful effort, go get em in Round 2 at 11.30am.

We wish Fisha Murray, Ann Muir and Barbara Hopper all the very best as they represent Kensington Bowling Club Inc - Whangarei at the 2026 National Champion of Champions Women's Triples in Pukekohe. A tough day for our ladies today at the 2026 National Champion of Champions Fours in Hastings. Unfortunately a couple of losses today meaning they are now unable to qualify for the post section.
But our ladies will come out on Saturday and
give it their absolute all and continue to show plenty of pride and fight for Kensington Bowling Club Inc - Whangarei.
