They focus on the Olympic lifts with expert coaching EVERY Tues and/or Thurs @ 5pm.

Whoop whoop OUR boy is getting STRONG

Great finish to Nationals. Isaac 1st Juniors (3 new NZ Jnr records) and 2nd (by just 1kg) in Seniors and qualifying for the Junior Worlds next March.
Massive well done to Jade, Tanei and Isaac!!!

2 days until our lifters take the platform @ Oly Nationals. At this stage Jade and Tanei lift on Fri and Isaac on Sunday, unfortunately Paul is injured and won't lift. All our FNCF and NLOW blessings and white lights to you all!!!
