Happy Monday!

How will you take care of yourself this week? It doesn't have to be big. A session at the gym, a catch-up with a friend, an early night. It all counts.

No matter what life throws at you, if you're taking care of yourself, you'll be able to roll with the punches a little better ❤️

We can't give it all away just yet... but think relaxation, recovery and a whole new way to move 😉

Big news - a vending machine is coming! 🎉

Just one of the upgrades in the works 🤫, so you'll be sorted for a snack or drink even when we're not staffed.

We've been trialling a few products, but we'd love to know what you actually want to see in there. Protein bars, electrolytes, something else entirely?

These tamariki never stop amazing us!

The improved confidence and skill is a huge credit to these kids and their whānau backing them (and us) every step of the way. So proud of how far they've come!

Attendance has been awesome all year, and our classes are full.

Next up: the Oceania Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament later this month. Let's go! 🙌
