“Harder the battle, sweeter the victory”. And it was Micheal’s Xl who came up victorious and were crowned as the champions of “Abhimanyu Cup 2018” after defeating Karla Friends in the finals. Both the teams made it to the finals after some incredible performances in their earlier matches. Tournament was held at Al-Ansab ground, with a total of 13 senior and junior level teams participating. Shailesh from Karla Friends was awarded man of the series for his phenomenal performances throughout the tournament. Ajay from Michael’s XI and Nikhil from Karla Friends were awarded the best bowler and best batsmen of the tournament. With a promise of making it bigger, we’ll be back in the next edition of Abhimanyu Cup. Kudos to everyone for their help in putting up the event together.

“Champions don’t show up to get everything they want, they show up to give everything they have.” And it’s time for you to show up as Abhimanyu Muscat is here with the 3rd edition of “Abhimanyu Cup-2018”. Teams will be competing to take away a sizzling trophy which was unveiled by Mr. Sandesh Rai who presided over the function at Hotel Udupi, Ruwi. Captains of different competing teams and members of Abhimanyu Muscat were also present as fixtures were revealed in the presence of the chief guests.Tournament will be held on 26 January 2018 at Al-Ansab,Muscat.
