Let’s talk about the one thing majority of us has in common “ finding nutrition harder than training 🥘 “
Reason being is we lack discipline OR we lack the understanding behind nutrition.
Discipline, always go back to why you are doing this, think about your why factor and have it plastered on your forehead; if you feel yourself slipping always go back to why are you doing this, what’s the reason behind your journey.
The mechanism behind nutrition, nutrition does not have to be a question with just a single right answer, everyone has their ways around it.
Flexible dieting, I advise all my clients about flexible dieting, I do it myself; the approach of flexible dieting is if it fits your macros eat it 😉 no food is bad, if it fits your macronutrients then you can have it.
Set a daily intake goal for yourself and start your day, as long as you plan your meals and plan how to hit your macros you are good to go.
Food is not your enemy and it shouldn’t be a burden throughout your journey 🥗

Friday morning spent hiking Saal steps.
Mix up your training, doing so you’ll be able to push through that plateau your going through, find out some techniques that you may be doing wrong or just simply get out of that boredom that you’ve been feeling for a while.
Your workout routine does not have to be as precise a chemistry experiment, you can switch things up.
Go for a run, hike, swim on top of your regular workout routine or maybe try out a new workout class and watch your love for fitness grow!

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.
This works in every aspect of our lives, if we fail to prepare we are preparing ourselves for failure.
Whether it’s you studying for your exams or you walking in to a gym session, if you don’t prepare for it and don’t get results, then realistically you shouldn’t be upset because you walked in knowing you’d fail since you didn’t put in the work for it.
Prepare yourself for success🌟
📖 Study for your exams
⏰ Plan out your days
🥘 Meal prep your meals
🏋🏽♀️ Plan out your workouts
And watch everything fall into place because you wanted to succeed and you prepared for it.
Next time your wondering why your fitness journey isn’t going accordingly to plan, retrace your steps and think to yourself have I given my 110% in preparing for it.
I believe in you it’s time for you to believe in yourself 🌟

🍿 You know that saying “ every popcorn kernel pops at a different time so wait for your time to pop” 🍿
Same thing goes for you and your fitness journey don’t compare yourself to others we are all different, different bodies, genetics we are our own person and we will “ pop “ at our own time. So don’t downgrade your journey because it isn’t going the same way as someone else’s journey; work hard be consistent and your hard work will pay off.
Enjoy the journey enjoy the process; love what your eating and love your training because it’s a lifestyle it’s not a chore this is a forever thing if you don’t like the tiniest bit of this journey if you don’t like your breakfast or your training it’ll throw you off completely
Love every bit of it and it’ll all work out ❤️

Are you working really hard right now and not seeing any changes ?
trust me I hear you, I feel you.
The feeling truly sucks, giving something 110% effort and not seeing results is frustrating AF.
Times like this you’ll be asking yourself “ what’s the point ?” And start losing motivation
It’s possible that there won’t be immediate gratification but good things are coming.
Dont give up; you are not just building yourself on the outside but you’re building that mental toughness and determination on the inside
That goal you are trying so badly to reach WILL become your reality.
Check yourself make sure you’re doing all the right things and ask for help if you need it.
