📙 Intracellular water which represents 60% of Total body weight and Extracellular water represents 40% of total body weight .Water is the main component of the human body. It represents approximately 60% and 55% of body weight in adult men and women, respectively. Water content in lean mass (or fat-free mass) is about 70–75%, and in fat tissue is about 10%.

⛔ insulin resistance⛔




👉 Insulin resistance is when cells in your muscles, fat, and liver don’t respond well to insulin and can’t easily take up glucose from your blood. As a result, your pancreas makes more insulin to help glucose enter your cells. As long as your pancreas can make enough insulin to overcome your cells’ weak response to insulin, your blood glucose levels will stay in the healthy range.




👌👌👌 Insulin resistance and insulin sensitivity are two sides of the same coin.




If you have insulin resistance, you have low insulin sensitivity. Conversely, if you are sensitive to insulin, you have low insulin resistance.



While insulin resistance ❌ is harmful to your health, insulin sensitivity 🍏is beneficial.
