Marine invertebrates are the unsung heroes of the ocean, anchoring the entire marine food chain and regulating vital ecosystems. 🌊 For example, tiny cleaner shrimps keep coral reefs healthy by grooming away harmful debris and parasites. 🦐

Ever wonder how jellyfish or sea anemone catches its lunch without any hands?
If the Nematocyst is the load pistol, then the Cnidocil is the hair-trigger that starts the showdown.
One wrong move on a passing shrimp, a light brush against the hair, and POW ! 🔫
The pressure flips, the hatch opens, and a lasso files out faster than a bullet.

Here are 3 types of "hired guns" the Cnidocil can activate :
- The Penetrant (The Shap-shooter): A bardes harpon that pierces amor and injects venom. It's the "Wanted : dead or alive" approach 💥
- The volvent (The Lasso King) : A long spring thread that looks around the prey like a perfect rodeo tosse, snagging bristles and limbs 🧶🐎
- The Glutinant (The Sticky Bandit): This one skips the violence and goes straight for the "super glue", stick the prey to the spot so it can't skip town 🍯

In the underwater Wildest, the Cnidocil is the lawman arching the perimeter. If you trip the wire, you're gonna meet the business end Nematocysts, because they can fire at 700 nanoseconds 🌵👀
